About the NightStash Service & Machine

What exactly is NightStash?

NightStash provides modern, fully-serviced vending machines offering a curated selection of nightlife essentials and convenience items for guests in venues like yours. Our machines also feature dynamic digital screens that can be used for your venue's promotions.

What kinds of products do you offer? Can they be customized?

We offer a diverse range including personal care, fragrances, tech essentials, fun novelties, and snacks. Yes, a key part of our service is tailoring the product selection to best suit your venues specific clientele and atmosphere. We'll work with you on this.

How big is the NightStash machine? Will it fit in my venue?

Our machines are designed to be sleek and space-efficient. The standard dimensions are 0.56m x 0.26m x 0.905m. We can discuss ideal placement options during our initial consultation to ensure it fits seamlessly into your layout.

What does the machine look like? Can it be branded for my venue?

NightStash machines have a modern, stylish design that complements contemporary venue aesthetics (you can see examples on our 'What We Provide' page). While our pilot program machines feature NightStash branding, we can discuss options for co-branding or custom wraps for long-term partnerships.

About the Pilot Program

Is the Pilot Program really free? What's the catch?

Yes, the Pilot Program is genuinely free for you to try! There's no catch. We provide the NightStash machine, all products, professional installation, and ongoing servicing (restocking, maintenance) at absolutely no cost to your venue for the duration of the pilot (typically 30-60 days). Our goal is to demonstrate the value NightStash brings to your venue and guests. Should you choose to continue with NightStash after a successful pilot, we will continue to provide and fully manage the machine and its services. We would then simply discuss and agree upon mutually beneficial terms for an ongoing partnership, ensuring NightStash remains a valuable asset to your venue.

What are my obligations during the Pilot Program?

Very little! Your main obligation is to provide a suitable space with a standard power outlet and allow us access for installation and periodic restocking/maintenance (which we schedule at convenient times). You focus on your business; we handle NightStash.

What happens at the end of the Pilot Program?

Towards the end of the trial, we'll review the machines performance, sales data, and guest feedback with you. If you're happy and see the value, we can discuss transitioning to an ongoing partnership, which may include revenue-sharing options. If you decide not to continue, we'll remove the machine at no cost or hassle to you.

How long does the Pilot Program last?

Our standard pilot period is 30 to 60 days. We find that one month is typically enough to demonstrate the clear benefits to your venue. However, we are flexible and can discuss extending the trial to ensure you have all the data you need to make a confident decision.

Operations & Logistics

Who handles restocking and maintenance?

We do! The NightStash team takes full responsibility for regularly restocking the machine with popular and agreed-upon products, as well as performing any necessary maintenance or technical support to ensure it's always running smoothly.

What about payment processing and customer issues with the machine?

Our machines are equipped with a reliable, modern cashless payment system. In the rare event of a guest experiencing an issue (like a product not dispensing), we provide clear contact information on the machine for direct support, minimizing any burden on your staff.

Can we use the screen for our venues ads during the pilot program?

Yes! Leveraging the digital screen for your venues promotions (specials, events, etc.) is a key benefit we encourage you to explore, even during the pilot program. We can discuss the simple process for getting your content displayed.

What about liability, damage, or insurance?

We've got it covered. NightStash retains full ownership of the machine and all its contents throughout the pilot program and any ongoing partnership. We carry comprehensive business liability insurance that covers the machine and the products it sells. Your only responsibility is to provide a reasonably safe and secure location for the machine against blatant vandalism or theft. This allows you to enjoy all the benefits with complete peace of mind.
